We are the registered holders of a TravelPASS/ Travel Account. We need to lodge it with a different travel agency. Do we have to make a new request?
Simply call our Customer Service on +31 (0)20 654 55 14 for the changes or send a letter to: Diners Club Benelux, branch of Citibank Belgium N.V., PO Box 24, 1000 AA Amsterdam. We will send you the necessary documents to change your account.
We already have a TravelPASS/ Travel Account. Can we have another one?
