What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

In either case, notify Diners Club immediately. Call the Security Service on +31 (0)20 654 55 11, available 24 hours a day. A new card will be sent out as soon as possible. If you are abroad, an emergency card will be sent out within 48 hours.

What should I do if my card is damaged or demagnetized?

In either case, destroy the card by simply cutting it in two and call the Diners Club Customer Service on +31 (0)20 654 55 00 to request a replacement. Diners Club will send you a new card.

What should I do if I forget or lose my PIN code?

Contact Diners Club Customer Service immediately on +31 (0)20 654 55 00.
A new PIN-code will be sent to the address where we usually send your correspondence.
