The card is already active. It will become valid as soon as you place your signature in the appropriate space on the back of it.
Do I need a secret code to use it?
No. You can use your Diners Club Card immediately and do not need any code.

You can go to any point of sale exhibiting the Diners Club logo. There are more than 100,000 businesses in the Benelux and more then 10 million worldwide that will be happy to accept your Diners Club Card.

How can I get cash advances with my Diners Club Card?
You can use it on any of the many automatic teller machines (ATMs) bearing the Diners Club logo or the Cirrus logo. You can also go to the counters at one of the banks or hotels under contract with Diners Club. To identify the ATM or counter closest to you, call +31 (0)20 654 55 14.

A PIN number is a secret code needed to withdraw cash from automatic teller machines (ATMs) under contract with Diners Club.

What would I have to do if I should wish to challenge any of the charges?
Send a complaint letter to Diners Club Benelux within 30 days of the date of receipt of the account statement on which the expense you are challenging appears. In the letter, explain the issue and your grounds for contesting it and attach any documentation. The letter should be addressed to: Diners Club Benelux, branch of Citibank Belgium N.V., PO Box 24, 1000 AA Amsterdam.
How can I get a direct debit on my Diners Club account?

I have changed my address. What should I do to send you the change?
You must inform Diners Club Benelux in writing of every change involving personal data. Indicate the number of the card and the data that need to be modified. The letter should be addressed to: Diners Club Benelux, branch of Citibank Belgium N.V., PO Box 24, 1000 AA Amsterdam. Alternatively, you can send a fax to +31 (0)20 654 60 33.
